Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Personalized or customized orders may require an additional 1–2 business days to prepare — because great craftsmanship takes a little extra care.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. A second notification with your tracking information will follow as soon as your order ships.

Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
International Orders
